Its mission is to continuously improve the quality of radiology practice by supporting scientific research, education, and training, in order to meet the public's demand for healthcare services. At present, the association has over 120000 members from 182 countries and is the world's largest radiological society. The annual conference organized by the association is the largest and most innovative scientific conference in Europe.
